He is responsible for providing leadership and overall direction for the administration, operations and development of Djibouti Customs. He is also responsible to establish strong administrative, financial and operational procedures to ensure that the direction of DC World is carried out in an expeditious, cost-effective manner and keep profitability high. He daily organizes, direct, coordinates and manages the activities of Djibouti Customs.

He directly supervises of over 270 full time employees.His mission includes the development of a long range plans and the implentation of customs operation.
