The obligatory documents which should be presented at the operation counter for the purpose of clearing goods and in accordance with the Customs law are: |

| Original Invoice |
| Freight Invoice in the case of FOB invoice |
| Invoice of the Port charges |
| Invoice of handling charges |
| Original packing list |
| Original bill of lading |
| Original of the electronic gate pass |
| Gate Pass Verification for Free Zone, or warehouse |
| The customs bill which is completed according to its type |
| Original certificate (if it is necessary) |
| Invoice of local insurance when the transaction is greater than the amount of 500 000 FD |
| Exempted form for the exempted goods |
In the case of importing vehicles from Gulf countries: Identification documents of the vehicle:
vehicle year, chassis number and police certificate which documents the details are to be provided. |
| Other countries: Origin documents and verifications |

For restricted goods the authorization should be delivered by the competent authority (health certificate, and the authorization of Economic Affairs Minister). |
